Since Hawthorne Nest is continuously growing, we process orders as quickly as possible to guarantee customer satisfaction. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible once the order is in the shipping process or ordered 24 hours prior.
